1Terms
1.1Introduction
Welcome to MarketingRoutine, an MCP (Model Context Protocol) connector for Meta Ads. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between you (the "User") and SIA Digital Publisher, a Latvian limited liability company headquartered in Riga, Latvia ("MarketingRoutine", "we", "us") regarding your use of our website, applications, MCP endpoints, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
1.2Agreement to Terms
By creating an account or accessing the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services. MarketingRoutine may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be communicated through the Services or by email at least 14 days before they take effect, where reasonably practicable.
2Accounts and Services
2.1Account Creation and Eligibility
To access MarketingRoutine you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for any activity carried out through your account.
2.2Responsibilities and Termination
MarketingRoutine reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access, with reasonable notice where possible, for material breach of these Terms or for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity. You may close your account at any time from your dashboard settings; closure will not refund any prepaid amounts beyond what is required by applicable law.
2.3Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload or distribute malicious software, exploits, or harmful code.
- Use the Services to violate Meta's Platform Terms, Advertising Standards, Community Standards, or any applicable Meta policy.
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits, authentication, or other technical controls built into the Services.
- Use the Services to harass, defame, deceive, or otherwise harm other users, advertisers, or audiences.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or replicate the Services beyond what is expressly permitted by these Terms or by applicable law.
- Use the Services to process data subjects' personal data in violation of applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR.
3Subscriptions and Billing
3.1Free Beta
MarketingRoutine is currently offered free of charge during a beta period. No credit card is required to use the Services during beta.
3.2Paid Tiers
Paid tiers will be introduced as the platform exits beta. Beta users will be notified at least 30 days before any paid tier is introduced and will be given a defined window of grandfathered access to the feature set available during their beta participation, subject to the terms communicated at that time.
3.3Currency and Taxes
Once paid tiers are introduced, prices will be listed in EUR or USD as indicated at the point of purchase. VAT and other applicable taxes will be added or included in accordance with Latvian and EU tax rules and will be shown before checkout.
3.4Refunds and Cancellation
EU consumers retain a 14-day right of withdrawal where applicable under EU consumer protection law. Outside of mandatory consumer rights, paid subscriptions are non-refundable; cancelling a plan stops renewal but preserves access until the end of the then-current billing cycle.
4Connected Meta Accounts
4.1OAuth and Token Handling
MarketingRoutine connects to Meta Ads accounts through Meta's official OAuth flow. We never receive or store your Meta password. Access tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM and are used solely to call the Meta Marketing and Graph APIs on your behalf for purposes you have authorised.
4.2Scope of Access
The Services request only the Meta API permissions reasonably necessary to provide the features you use, including reading ads insights, managing campaigns, ad sets, ads, creatives, and audiences. You may revoke MarketingRoutine's access at any time through Meta Business Settings or from your MarketingRoutine dashboard.
4.3Confirmation Gate
Material write actions to your Meta Ads account taken through MarketingRoutine are surfaced for human confirmation before execution, except where you have explicitly configured an action to run automatically. You are responsible for the actions you confirm.
5Intellectual Property
5.1MarketingRoutine Materials
The MarketingRoutine website, platform, source code, documentation, brand assets, and other materials are owned by SIA Digital Publisher and are protected under copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell any part of the Services without our prior written permission.
5.2Your Content
You retain ownership of your campaigns, creatives, audiences, and other content uploaded or managed through MarketingRoutine. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, transmit, and process that content solely as necessary to provide the Services.
5.3Prohibited Content
You may not use the Services to generate, distribute, or manage content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or otherwise prohibited under applicable law or Meta's policies.
6Data and Security
MarketingRoutine securely stores account information, encrypted Meta OAuth tokens, and a mirrored copy of your Meta Ads account data necessary to provide the Services. Our data handling practices, including your rights as a data subject under the GDPR, are described in our Privacy Policy.
7Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MarketingRoutine disclaims all express and implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. MarketingRoutine is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
8Third-Party Services
The Services rely on third-party providers including Meta (for the Meta Marketing and Graph APIs), Anthropic and OpenAI (for AI chat clients connected by you), and our infrastructure providers. MarketingRoutine is not responsible for the availability, terms, or practices of those third parties. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
9Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the country in which you reside continue to apply where they would otherwise be more favourable to you. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved by the competent courts of Riga, Latvia, subject to applicable consumer rights to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
